The Community Health Care Network/Long Island City Primary Care was opened in 2009 to serve the Northwest Queens neighborhoods of Long Island City and Astoria. The Center is part of the  The Division of General Academic Pediatrics provides pediatric primary care at this location.

• School Physicals
• HIV Education, Testing and Treatment
