Personal Statement

I am a general internist who aims to provide comprehensive primary care. I emphasize preventive care, manage complex chronic conditions, and help investigate and treat new concerns that arise. My approach is evidence-based and holistic. I enjoy getting to know my patients over time, understanding what's happening in their lives that affects their health, and partnering with them to meet their health goals. I have expertise in lifestyle medicine and often combine medical treatments with nutrition and physical activity strategies to improve health.
