Biographical Info

Roselyn Satin is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner currently serving on Dr. Sarva's team, where she specializes in outpatient neurology. She brings over 11 years of dedicated experience in elder care and a strong background in managing acutely ill patients, with a particular focus on building meaningful patient-provider relationships.

Roselyn began her nursing career after earning her undergraduate degree from Farmingdale State University. While working as a Neuroscience nurse at St. David's Medical Center in Austin, Texas, she simultaneously pursued and completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Chamberlain University.

Driven by her passion for advanced clinical practice, she joined New York Presbyterian/Columbia University Irving Medical Center as an ICU Step-Down Float Pool nurse. During this time, she earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Seton Hall University. Upon completion of her graduate degree, she became board certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners with a specialization in Adult-Gerontology Primary Care.

Roselyn has also played a pivotal role in managing long-term care residents under OPTUM, a division of UnitedHealth Group, further enhancing her expertise in geriatric care and chronic disease management. Her clinical strengths lie in acute care, patient education, and collaborative, compassionate care delivery. She is also well-versed in primary outpatient care, offering comprehensive management for a wide range of adult and geriatric health needs.
